Warranty

We are straight with you about warranty, because most shops are not.

How warranty works here

Some products carry a manufacturer warranty and some do not. We tell you which on the product page rather than implying a warranty that does not exist. Where one applies, we pass you the paperwork on delivery so you can claim it directly.

Our own cover

Separate from any manufacturer warranty, if an item is faulty on arrival or fails within 7 days of delivery, we replace it or refund you. You do not need a receipt beyond your order record with us.

What is not covered

Damage from misuse, drops, liquid, or wrong voltage. Normal wear. Consumable parts. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us before you assume it is not.

Starting a claim

Message WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the problem. Video settles most claims in one message.
