We keep order tracking simple and human. Every order is confirmed by a real person, so the fastest way to check on yours is to ask.

Check your order status

Message us on WhatsApp at 054 214 8020 with your order number, or the name and phone you ordered with. We will tell you exactly where it is and when it arrives.

What the stages mean

• Confirmed: we have called you and the order is set.
• Dispatched: the rider has your item and is on the way.
• Delivered: in your hands and paid for.

If you paid ahead by mobile money and have not heard from us within a working hour, message the same number and we will sort it immediately.
